By using the booking service directly from rhodes-airport-transfers.com and accepting the disclaimer you agree to be bound to the following terms & conditions.

2. Currency

All rates are quoted in Euros.

3. Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided once all necessary arrangements have been made on your behalf. If for any reason you do not receive notification please contact us.

4. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is used by rhodes-airport-transfers.com in order to minimize no-shows. Please note that all alterations or cancellations should be made via email or phone.

• Full Refund: if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the agreed date and time.
• No Refund: if cancelled within the last 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

5. Meeting Point & Time

Please follow the instructions indicated on your voucher or confirmation email. In case of not being able to find the driver at the pickup point, please contact the number that appears on your voucher, or email us.

6. Important Remarks

You are responsible for checking the details of the booking on the voucher or confirmation email. rhodes-airport-transfers.com will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is, please inform us as soon as possible and we will email you an amended voucher.

No responsibility for costs is to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport. Please ensure you provide your correct arrival times and date to the destination points — not your departure information.

• Cash to the driver
• Credit Card to the driver
• Credit Card online (Secure online payment)
